Alan radiated warmth and kindness with his smile, always going the extra mile to make everyone feel valued and appreciated. Going above and beyond in his work. I remember when I first joined the UKCEH, he made my work easier letting me know this is teamwork and helping me navigate new territories. He was there for me when my dad died. I also saw this same gracious feeling towards everyone. He will be greatly missed. Rest in peace, Alan...One great team player
